PDX Black Unicorn Spotlight Cover
One of my biggest issues in planning my wedding this year was finding someone to do my natural hair here is Portland. I started by doing what most people do, a quick google search. a few places popped up and I called around to get a consultation. The first two people I called happened to be on maternity leave, however they were able to point me to other hairstylist in the area. Fortunately I was able to find someone to do my hair. I couldn't help but think "My God there is a lack of information out here for black hair." It's a shame I had to go through all of that to find a hairdresser for my wedding day. Back home in Florida finding a black hairdresser is easy and I hope that some day the processes is just as easy here in Portland. Through research and word of mouth I've gathered a list of good places to get hair done here in Portland. Don't forget to check out the featured tab to learn about hairstylist and what they offer.
