Finding a black hair salon in Portland, OR is like finding a needle in a haystack...ok not that bad. My experience with finding good black hair places in Portland has been done through word of mouth. With lack of ratings and advertisement from black hair salons I found it hard to find good black hair salons here. Some of the best places I've been to have been discovered by word of mouth.
